Refunds & Returns Policy
EverGem is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your on-line selection please return your item within 7 days for a full refund.Returns will not be accepted for goods which have been worn or used, altered or damaged after delivery, All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. EverGem advises you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Evergem will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY confirming your payment details (if you have provided your email address). You will also receive an email from EVERGEM confirming your order.
Confirmation will be sent within 48 hours.
We will attempt, however cannot guarantee delivery within 1 to 7 working days from the date of payment – delivery time will vary depending on destination (excludes public holidays). Should we run out of stock, we’ll let you know. If this the case it may take up to 6 weeks to be made for you.
The appropriate delivery method Fastway Courier or Australia Post will be determined by EVERGEM by such factors including delivery networks, size and weight of order once packaged. EVERGEM recommends a person is present between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm to accept delivery to your nominated address – signature may be required upon delivery.
Responsibility will not be taken for loss due to incorrect delivery detail as submitted by you at time of order, delays in delivery and orders returned to sender (EVERGEM) in the event that you fail to take action for organised re-delivery, should no one be present at time to accept first delivery attempt.
